    Our Philosophy

    We handle returns and exchanges on a case-by-case scenario with the objective of making our customers satisfied with their purchase from us.

    Returns Policy

    Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the original address of the order at the expenses of the customer.
    For sanitary and safety purposes, disposable vape products are NON RETURNABLE if opened, used or damaged.

    Please allow 3-5 business days for processing once we have received the items.

    Please email us at returns@alybar.com for assistance with the return.

    We will provide a shipping label to return the items however, please note that the shipping fees are at our discretion and that these will vary on a case-by-case basis. This shipping fee will be deducted from the refund total.

    Warranty

    Due to the nature of the products that we sell, we cannot accept returns of any used products due to hygienic reasons and for general safety.

    Warranties on disposable vapes are at the discretion of the Company on a case by case basis.

    Please send an email to returns@alybar.com explaining the issue as soon as possible.

    If the disposable is determined to be defective, we will issue a refund back to the original form of payment.

    We do not offer exchanges or replacements for disposable vapes.

    We cover Defective Products with manufacturing issues

    How long the vape is supposed to last

    Before you ship a product back, make sure to contact the company at returns@alybar.com

    When returning an order or products, please include your order number on the outside of the packaging or the original invoice within the packaging to ensure that we receive and can track the return.

    Defective Products

    Returns of any defective products are entitled to a replacement or cost of the product within 14 days of purchase.

    Customers are required to pay ALL shipping costs associated with a defective product return, unless the product was received dead on arrival.

    Note: Any product must be returned in its original packaging, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and any other item(s) originally included with the product. We cannot accept a return without all the aforementioned items, and we will have to send the product(s) back to you at your expenses.

    All products claimed to be defective will be examined upon arrival. Any damage caused by the buyer will constitute a void of the manufacturer’s warranty. If the returned unit(s) is determined to be operating normally upon inspection, we will need to ship the same unit(s) back at the customer’s expense. Returns will not be processed if the conditions of our Return Policy are not fully met.

    Delivery Issue Policy

    Damaged, Missing or Wrong Item claims must be reported back to us within 48 hours from the time of delivery.

    Please inspect your items carefully upon receiving them, it is your responsibility to check within the time span and notify us of any problem. You may be requested to ship the incorrect items back to our facility and/or submit an Affidavit Form to proceed with the process.

    Minor scratches, cosmetic issues, and discoloration are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered by warranty.

    Missing/ Broken Items

    All missing or broken items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

    Return Shipping Costs

    In regards to the cost of shipment for returns, customers may be responsible for the costs of shipping the items back to us. We do not offer replacements as defective items will result in an issuance of credit back to your account.

    Adult Signature Service and all shipping charges are non-refundable.

    Domestic Returns

    If You’ve Missed All Three Delivery Attempts

    If the carrier has attempted to deliver your package 3 times, the package will be returned to the sender. Once we have received the return we will issue a refund to the original form of payment deducting a 25% restocking fee and shipping cost from the total refund amount. Reshipments of returns may vary on a case by case basis.

    We can only process a refund/ reshipment for the return if we have physically received the package at our facility. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process the return and issue a refund.

    Change of Mind and Order Adjustment Requests

    Change of mind refund and order adjustment is only available before the products are shipped. Any used change of mind return requests will not be accepted.

    For order cancellation requests, please contact us at cancellations@alybar.com with the Title “Cancel Request: Order #”. Once the order has been shipped and is in transit, we will not be able to cancel the order.

    Please note that we are only able to issue a refund to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase. If for any reason, we are unable to issue a refund to the form of payment used at the point of purchase, we will issue store credit equal to the amount of the intended refund. The Company is not responsible for refunds to Prepaid Cards or a Canceled Credit Card if the cardholder no longer has possession of it.

    Lost and Stolen Packages

    We offer Signature Confirmation for customers who want to ensure they receive their packages or for those shipping to an unsafe location. Signature confirmation may be added during checkout.

    * Signature Confirmation is an additional fee of $6.99.

    Company does not take any responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen after they are marked as delivered to their destination.

    All related claims must be processed directly through your assigned courier.
