The developing brain is more vulnerable to nicotine addiction and young people in particular should not use any ENDS or tobacco products. Nicotine exposure can disrupt normal brain development and may have long-lasting effects, such as increased impulsivity and mood disorders.

No tobacco product is safe or without risk. The risks and effects of using tobacco and ENDS products have not been established. Tobacco and ENDS products can expose you to chemicals that are known to cause health risks, including cancer, reproductive harm, cardiovascular injury, and immunosuppressive conditions. Immediately stop use of any tobacco or ENDS product if you experience any of the following symptoms during or soon after use of the product:

• Headache
• Irritation in the mouth or throat
• Nasal congestion
• Heart palpitations
• Vomiting
• Abnormal heart rate
• Stomach discomfort
• Dizziness
• Rash
• Difficulty breathing
• Chest pain

If you have any of these symptoms or any other adverse experience when using a tobacco or ENDS product, immediately discontinue use. If any side effects continue, seek medical assistance. Ingestion of the non-vaporized concentrated ingredients in the liquid components of ENDS products can be poisonous. If any liquid is swallowed, contact poison control or otherwise seek medical assistance immediately.

• Children should never handle tobacco or ENDS products
• Do not use tobacco or ENDS products around flammable liquids or gases
• Do not use/stop using any ENDS product if there is excessive leakage, discoloration, deformation, physical damage, or any other abnormality
• The presence of dirt inside any ENDS product may prevent charging, if applicable, or interfere with your enjoyment. If it’s been a while since you last used your ENDS product, inspect and wipe with a clean and dry cloth if necessary
• Do not insert any foreign object(s) or ingredient(s) into ENDS products
• Do not tamper with or disassemble any ENDS product, or attempt to refill pods or e-cigarettes.

BATTERY PRODUCTS SHOULD ONLY BE USED WITH THE CORRESPONDING ENDS PRODUCT

Battery-powered ENDS devices contain lithium-ion polymer batteries. Lithium-ion polymer batteries can catch fire, explode, and/or cause burns if short circuited, crushed, punctured, incinerated, disassembled, or exposed to water, fire, or high temperatures

If applicable, only charge your ENDS device with the supplied charging cable and do not leave the device unattended while charging. If the battery is not fully charged after 3 hours, disconnect the device and contact customer service

DO NOT attempt to remove the battery from any ENDS product containing a lithium-ion polymer battery, as these should only be removed by a trained professional. Incorrect handling or disposal of lithium-ion polymer batteries may pose health risks to individuals and have negative effects on the environment if they are allowed to leach into the ground water supply as they contain hazardous substances

DO NOT dispose of any part of a ENDS product in a fire or flame. ENDS devices should be recycled as electronic waste. Please check local regulations regarding proper disposal of electronic products and dispose of the ENDS devices responsibly, using appropriate containment to avoid negative consequences on the environment and human health.
